FlipPhonic Privacy Policy

Who we are

FlipPhonic is published by OmniaDataAnalytics LLC. This policy describes what data the FlipPhonic iOS app handles and how.

What we collect

The only content FlipPhonic transmits off your device is the text you type. When you tap "Play," that text is sent over HTTPS to our proxy server and then to ElevenLabs, which generates the audio. Neither our proxy nor ElevenLabs is configured to retain your text beyond fulfilling the immediate request.

Alongside that request, the app sends two pieces of non-identifying technical data so we can apply fair-use limits and unlock paid features:

• An anonymous device identifier — a random value generated on your device and stored in the iOS Keychain. It is not your name, email, Apple ID, advertising identifier, or any account. We use it only to count generations per device for fair-use rate limiting and abuse prevention. It is not used for advertising or cross-app/cross-site tracking, and it is not shared with third parties for those purposes.
• If you subscribe to FlipPhonic Plus, the app sends the signed App Store transaction (issued by Apple) so our proxy can verify your subscription is active before unlocking premium generations. This contains your subscription's product and expiry information — it does not contain your payment details, card numbers, or Apple ID credentials.

Purchases and subscriptions

FlipPhonic offers an optional subscription (FlipPhonic Plus) and one-time generation packs through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes all payments. We never see or store your payment method, card details, or billing address. Apple provides the app with a cryptographically signed receipt/transaction that proves a purchase was made; the app uses that to enable the features you paid for and (for the subscription) verifies it with our proxy as described above. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Stored on your device

The following stay on your device unless you turn on the optional iCloud Sync (FlipPhonic Plus) feature described below:

• Your saved favorites and play history
• Your saved voices (the voices you've hearted in the Voice Library)
• Your most recently used voice (so it's restored on next launch)
• Cached audio files (capped at 100 MB, oldest evicted first; iOS may also purge under storage pressure)
• Your generation count for the current period and any purchased generation-pack balance
• Your subscription/entitlement status and the anonymous device identifier (in the Keychain)
• Your onboarding preference (whether you've seen the welcome screen)

You can erase your favorites, history, saved voices, cloned-voice slots, and cached audio from Settings → Clear All Data at any time. That action clears this device only — it does not remove data already copied to your iCloud (see below) or any links you created with Shared links. The anonymous device identifier and onboarding preference are automatic app state and are removed when you uninstall the app.

iCloud Sync (FlipPhonic Plus, optional)

FlipPhonic Plus offers an optional Sync with iCloud toggle, off by default. When you turn it on, your favorites, play history (including the words you typed), saved voices, collections, and tags are kept in sync across your devices through your own private iCloud account (Apple's CloudKit). That data lives in your personal iCloud — it is not sent to our servers and we cannot read it. Your generated audio is never synced, and neither is your subscription status. Turning the toggle off stops syncing; copies already in your iCloud are managed by you in iOS Settings and are governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Shared links (FlipPhonic Plus, optional)

FlipPhonic Plus includes an optional Share link (web) feature. It is entirely opt-in: nothing is uploaded unless you choose to create a link and accept the on-screen consent prompt first. When you do, FlipPhonic uploads, for that one clip, the audio and its text (the original word and its reversal) to our first-party share service. We generate a short link with an unguessable identifier; anyone who has that link can play the audio and see its text in a web browser. The link and the uploaded clip automatically expire and are deleted 7 days after creation. To remove a shared clip sooner, or to report a link, email info@omniadataanalytics.com with the link; we act on reports within 24 hours.

What we don't do

• No user accounts; we never ask for your name, email, or any login.
• No tracking, no advertising identifiers, no cross-app or cross-site tracking.
• No analytics SDKs.
• No advertising.
• No third-party SDKs except as listed below.

Third parties

FlipPhonic relies on these external services:

• ElevenLabs generates the audio from your typed text. Your text is transmitted to ElevenLabs every time you tap "Play" on a phrase not already in your local cache. ElevenLabs' handling of that text is governed by their privacy policy.
• Apple processes in-app purchases and subscriptions through the App Store, as described under "Purchases and subscriptions" above, and (only if you enable iCloud Sync) stores your synced library in your private iCloud.
• Our share service (hosted on a third-party cloud provider) stores a clip's audio and text for 7 days only if you use the optional Shared links feature above.

Children's privacy

FlipPhonic is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Your rights

We have no accounts and the anonymous device identifier is not linked to you, so there is no profile tied to your identity on our servers. To remove the locally stored data described above, use Settings → Clear All Data in the app; uninstalling iOS removes everything including the cache and the Keychain identifier. If you enabled iCloud Sync, manage or delete that copy in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud. If you created Shared links, they auto-expire after 7 days or you can email us to delete one sooner. For any other access, correction, or deletion request, email info@omniadataanalytics.com with the subject "Privacy request". To manage or cancel a subscription, use Settings → Manage Subscription in the app or your Apple ID subscription settings.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material about how FlipPhonic handles data, we'll update this page and revise the effective date above. Checking back here is the canonical source.
