Why is the first audio sometimes slow?

Our backend sleeps when idle and wakes on first request, which can add a few seconds. Subsequent generations are fast, and replays of phrases you've already heard play instantly from your device's local cache.

Can I use FlipPhonic offline?

Phrases already cached on your device replay offline. Generating a new phrase requires an internet connection so the audio can be synthesized.

How do I delete my data?

Open Settings → Clear All Data. That wipes your favorites, history, saved voices, and cached audio. Uninstalling the app removes everything including the onboarding preference.

Is my text stored on your servers?

No. The text you type is transmitted to generate audio and is not retained by us beyond fulfilling the request. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Why does the app need internet?

Audio generation is performed by ElevenLabs. Once a phrase is generated, the audio is cached on your device for instant replay, so you only need internet the first time you hear a given (phrase, voice) combination.

How do I report a bug or request a voice?

Email us at info@omniadataanalytics.com. Please include the phrase you typed, the voice you used, what you expected, and what actually happened. Screenshots help.
